We have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana Wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva): for each wine we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on …Guests will visit our wine/olive-oil farm TERRE DI PERSETO, including our cellars, wine-tasting room, and so on . Is it possible eventually to walk among our vineyards.
The tasting is accompanied by 2 local cheeses (PECORINO cheeses - from sheep's milk). Water included

Itinerary

Guests will arrive at our place, where they will be welcomed by myself or by one of our family member. The experience will start with the cellars tour, during which we will explain our company history and what we produce today and we will explain the wine-making processes and production while showing our machineries and barrels. After that the wine-tasting is starting.

It is possible eventually to make a short walk in our vineyards, depending on the season and weather conditions.
The tasting is accompanied by 2 local cheeses made from sheep milk. Water included.
Extra food/wines/liquors/spirits may be added paying an extra fee directly at our place.

On arrival, we will be here to welcome you. We are just outside the village of San Casciano In Val di Pesa, on the road linking San Casciano Val di Pesa to Greve in Chianti. We are in the Chianti Classico area, about 22 km far from Florence. LARGE PARKING AVAILABLE. You will need a car to reach us
