Classes will be in my home in Roveagh.
Working from my home is a different experience, guests can enjoy the homely feel of my kitchen. I can talk them through my herb garden where we can pick vegetables to use in the scones when in season.

I give guests a hands on experience of preparing and cooking this healthy and nutritious dish using my own traditional recipe handed down to me from my grandmother. Guests will learn which vegetables to use and what cut of lamb gives best results. And at the end you get to have lunch with the finished product.
If you're driving from Galway city to Kilcolgan village take the first left after O'Donoghues Bar, you'll get to a T junction after a couple of kilometers, take the left and then take the first right after you drive over the bridge. I'm the last house in this estate and have a purple door.
