Guided by an expert instructor, you’ll pour the water, knead the dough, then roll and cut it into perfectly chewy noodles.
This Kyoto shop enhances the experience with high-quality Kyotamba rice and condiments from local makers, offering an authentic regional flavor. The rich, savory broth—made from a blend of vegetables—is prepared by Musoshin’s ramen chef.
