• Luggage policy: One piece of luggage per guest. Extra luggage by request (at an additional charge). If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure.
• The National Park Service requires non-U.S. residents to purchase the America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass using their own information and credit card. This pass may be purchased online while onboard the bus or at the entrance of the first national park visited. The pass is valid for the passholder plus up to three accompanying guests. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and the same passholder must be present at every park entrance. This requirement applies only to non-U.S. residents.
• Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses.
• Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued.
• Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund.
• Due to the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS event (Nov 18–22), pickup and drop-off are limited to Excalibur, Park MGM, or Treasure Island (TI). Please select one for your pickup.
• Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.
