This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones).
• Minimum age is 2 years. Children age 2 years and older require a seat per FAA regulations
• Valid Government ID is required to board the flight. ID must match the names on your Viator ticket. It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved air carrier with a fraudulent ID.
• Tour Only: You must make your own way to the Heliport Terminal and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to flight time
• Dinner Package: You will need to make your own way to the restaurant by 6pm. Transport will be provided from the restaurant to the heliport for your flight (for the time booked), then back to your hotel
• Physically challenged passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 48 inches into the helicopter.
• The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter may have up to 6 passengers plus the pilot onboard.
