Itinerary

1. Travel from Heathrow Airport to Central London in a private, chauffeur-driven vehicle. Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name board, assist with your luggage, and take you directly to your chosen destination. All vehicles are clean, modern, under five years old, and fitted with satellite navigation and live traffic updates.
   
   Your assigned driver will monitor your flight. If your flight is delayed, there will be no additional charge for the delay. To ensure a smooth collection, please provide your flight number and select your pickup time carefully during the booking process.
   
   Business Class and Fast Track passengers may select a pickup time from 40 minutes after their flight lands. All other passengers are advised to select a pickup time of 60, 90, or 120 minutes after landing, depending on the expected time needed for immigration and baggage collection. The service includes 25 minutes of free waiting time from your pre-requested pickup time.
   
   If you expect to need more time to reach the arrivals hall, please contact us within 40 minutes of joining the immigration queue so that your driver can remain available. After the included waiting period, a charge of £15 applies for every additional 15 minutes. For hotel pickups, 10 minutes of free waiting time is included.
   
   Please ensure that you select the correct vehicle type for your number of passengers and luggage. Booking an unsuitable vehicle may result in a non-refundable late cancellation. Any additional waiting charges, last-minute vehicle upgrade charges, or the 25% surcharge on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day must be paid directly to the driver in cash.
   
   This service is available for transfers between Heathrow Airport, hotels within three miles of Heathrow Airport, and destinations in London. No hidden charges. Central London vehicle tax is included in the fare.

• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• We will send a 2nd confirmation including meeting point and pickup time information 48 hours prior to your pickup date.
• If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call or email us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
• If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
• If you required any information regards to your booking prior to 48 hours from pickup date,please email us.
• Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
• If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
