Itinerary
-
The experience will be both professional and relaxed. We will learn to prepare three typical dishes of the Italian tradition (starter, first course and dessert), you will not know what we will cook until you are in class: this is what distinguishes me from all the other pre-set cooking classes that always have the same dishes. We will focus on HOW, WHEN and WHY of each step, just so you really learn how to cook. Participants will go through the preparations with my direct assistance, can ask questions and take notes. The experience will end with a dinner accompanied by excellent Italian wine. All recipes will be delivered at the end of the experience, so you can play them independently at home for friends and family.
