Überblick
Die Kochkurse beginnen um 9.00 Uhr mit einem Termin in den Cuisine Centr'Halles auf dem Markt von Les Halles d'Avignon. Wir beginnen mit einem Besuch auf dem Markt, um über lokale Produkte zu sprechen, zu schmecken und vor allem gemeinsam unser Menü zusammenzustellen. Wir werden unsere Zutaten auswählen und unser Menü zusammenstellen, dann für unseren Unterricht in die Küche zurückkehren und unser Mittagessen kochen. Das Mittagessen ist inbegriffen und besteht aus dem von uns zubereiteten Menü, Wasser, Wein und Kaffee. Die vollständige Veranstaltung endet um 13:30 Uhr.
