   Visit the beautiful Wachirathan waterfall, one of the highlights of Doi Inthanon National Park and the most impressive of all the waterfalls in Chiang Mai. Because of the incredible height, the waterfall creates a mist in the surrounding, making it a picturesque sight. Together with the mossy rocks and emerald water it gives this place a magical atmosphere. There’s a colorful rainbow appearing in front of the waterfall every time the sun is shining through the mist which makes it a very photogenic spot.

   Sirithan Waterfall is a spectacular sight where the waters of the Mae Klang River cascade down a dramatic rock cliff before joining the river below. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery, with dense forests framing the rushing water, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

5. Stopp 5 · 1 Std.

   Take a short and easy nature walk along the Ang Ka Nature Trail, a wooden platform path suitable for everyone, and discover the unique flora and forest that thrive at this high altitude in Doi Inthanon National Park. This is not a long or strenuous hike through the rainforest, but a gentle stroll where you can fully enjoy the magical surroundings. The dense, mossy, and lush forest is alive with color and life all year round, offering a peaceful and refreshing escape into nature.
   
   Along the trail, you’ll encounter a variety of authentic flora and fauna. Every step brings new sights, sounds, and scents of this remarkable highland environment, making it a wonderful opportunity for photography and simply immersing yourself in nature.    Visit the Karen village Baan Mae Klang Luang, named after the Mae Klang river. Nestled in the stunning mountainous setting of Doi Inthanon, this village is surrounded by brilliant green forests, lush rice terraces and verdant coffee fields. In Mae Klang Luang, opium cultivation was the main source of income not too long ago. The Thai government has fought against opium farming among the hill tribes of Northern Thailand for decades, and nowadays the local population earns most of their income from farming, supplemented by tourism. Baan Mae Klang Luang is well known for its coffee crop.
   Of course you are welcome to sample the locally grown and freshly roasted coffee.
   
   Please note that the duration includes travel time between the various stops within the park, and also from Doi Inthanon National Park back to Chiang Mai.

• During the winter months (November to February), it can be chilly on Doi Inthanon, so we recommend wearing long pants and a sweater or jacket.
• While changes to the itinerary are very rare, the tour operator reserves the right to modify the published schedule whenever, in our judgment, circumstances require it or if we consider it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of our guests.
• Participants should be aware that pickups will begin up to 45 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.
