You can call hotline number (open daily from 9:00am-6:00pm) to check if the Sky Deck is open prior to your visit. There will be no refunds made for vouchers already redeemed

If KL Tower approves, you will receive an alternative date ticket—please get a revisitation slip at the ticket counter. If they do not approve, no alternative ticket will be issued and no refund will be provided from our side.
• Please ensure that the passport copy matches the lead traveler's name, and the passport photo is essential for verification purposes.
• Please note, during peak season, if there is heavy crowding and the tour exceeds the scheduled time, an additional waiting charge for transportation will apply."
• The driver will pick you up and drop you off at the KL Tower. Please note, the driver will not assist with ticket redemption; you will need to redeem the ticket on your own.
• Shared Tour
• If you purchase both Sky Terrace and Observation Deck tickets and the Sky Terrace is closed due to operational or safety reasons, entry to both the Sky Terrace and the Observation Deck will not be permitted, and no refund or alternative tickets will be provided for that attraction.
• Please note that KL Tower is a government-owned site, and all visitors must follow its rules and regulations. We provide tour and transport services as a third-party organizer, so certain matters are beyond our control. Kindly proceed at your own discretion.”
