   Upon arriving at Maun Airport, you'll be warmly greeted by your ranger and guide, then enjoy a scenic 20-minute drive to the charming Boteti Tented Safari Lodge. After a smooth check-in process and a refreshing complimentary drink, you'll have time to unwind, explore the beautiful surroundings, or relax by the pool before your adventure begins.
   
   In the late afternoon, set off on an unforgettable 2-hour sunset Mokoro safari on the picturesque Boteti River. Observe diverse wildlife, including hippos and crocodiles, and marvel at Southern Africa’s stunning birdlife. If water levels are low, you'll instead enjoy a fascinating Xobe Cultural Tour.
   
   After your safari, return to the lodge to freshen up and join us around the open fire for a delicious, traditionally prepared meal paired with fine wine under the stars. Your luxurious safari tent, ready from 14:00, offers serene comfort for a restful night, preparing you for more adventures ahead.

2. Tag 2: Makgadikgadi, Nxai Pans & Baines Baobabs · 10 Std.

   On your day trip from Boteti Tented Safari Lodge, you'll set off early to explore the mesmerizing Makgadikgadi Pans. Your adventure begins with a continental breakfast at a picturesque spot within the pans, where you can savor your meal while soaking in the breathtaking, expansive landscape.
   
   Following breakfast, embark on a scenic drive across the vast, surreal expanse of the Makgadikgadi Pans, marveling at the otherworldly beauty of this unique region.

   Awaken at dawn to gentle birdcalls and fresh air, enjoying a comforting cup of coffee or tea with home-baked biscuits. Start your exciting day with an early Mokoro safari in the Okavango Delta, including a nature walk and serene glides through the delta’s channels.
   
   Stop midday on a scenic island for a packed lunch and further exploration. Your guide will offer insights into the local flora and fauna as you continue to explore channels and islands.
   
   Return to the lodge around 16:00 to unwind with drinks on the wooden deck, enjoying the sunset over the Boteti River. Dinner is typically served under the stars in the open Boma, capping off your day with the cool evening air and nighttime sounds.

After a restful night in your luxurious safari tent, start your day with a delightful bush breakfast, where you can enjoy a variety of freshly prepared dishes
   amidst the serene natural surroundings.
   
   The morning is yours to savor at a leisurely pace. Take this opportunity to fully enjoy the lodge’s amenities and the tranquil environment. Whether you choose to unwind by the pool, take a stroll through the scenic grounds, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings, this is
   your time to rejuvenate.
   
   As your stay comes to a close, you will be transferred back to Maun Airport or to your preferred drop-off point within Maun, ensuring a smooth and comfortable end to your safari adventure.
