If you need to wait for more than 90 minutes for free, please be sure to contact the driver and you can pay an additional 30 minutes/3,000 yen overtime fee. If it exceeds 90 minutes and the guest cannot be contacted, the driver has the right to leave directly and no refund will be made.
   
   ・Airport drop-off service: Guests can customize the pick-up time, and it is recommended to leave 4 hours in advance. If the driver's subsequent orders are not affected after 30 minutes of the designated pick-up time, the customer can pay an additional 30 minutes/3,000 yen overtime fee.
