Stop in Route nº 2:
On our route on the way to Cura, we come across this quiet village of barely 500 inhabitants, where we will make our second stop, to take a walk to the Cruz de Pina, visit its fountain and listen to the history of the ancient washing places, a vestige of the Islamic period that stands out for the hydraulic systems of the archaeological remains of the place. -

Our last stop will be at the Es Trenc salt marshes, an idyllic spot where we can see the ponds in which the concentration of salt in the water is increased. This is one of those places that serves as an example to prove that it is possible to create ecosystems in which the action of man and wild animals live in harmony.
A representative of the salt-producing company will give us an illustrative talk on how the salt works and the different stages of the process until the salt that reaches our tables is obtained. The visit ends after tasting the delicious Quelitas biscuits with cheese.
