Der Kochkurs beinhaltet:
- eine intensive Kochsession mit Anleitung (auf Englisch) und Übung mit unserem Chefkoch, 3-Gänge-Menü im Anschluss an die Lektion inklusive ausgewählter Weine (Prosecco und Chianti), Kaffee, alle Lebensmittelzutaten, Steuern,
- Besuch der Keller des Weinguts Ugo Bing mit Verkostung der Weine, die zum Mittag-/Abendessen serviert werden,

A unique cooking experience our Chef (in English) will guide you in preparing famous and exquisite Tuscan dishes, you will discover the basic secrets of the Italian cuisine at the end of the cooking practice a meal will be served you will eat what you have prepared, total time, lunch or dinner included, about 4 hours.. The Class also includes the visit to the cellars of the Bing Winery and to the underground 500 BC Etruscan granaries.
