Überblick
Die Glacier Discovery Tour führt Sie zu einem majestätischen Gletschereisfall. Mit maximal 8 Personen pro Guide legen wir Wert auf Komfort und Sicherheit. Nach einer Carbon-kompensierten 4×4-Fahrt rüsten wir uns am Gletscherrand aus, schnallen Steigeisen an, schnappen uns unsere Eisäxte und beginnen die Wanderung – über 300 Meter in Richtung Eisfall. Umgeben von blauem Eis und Gletschergipfeln erkunden wir Spalten, Moulinen, Wasserfälle und andere Merkmale, die in dieser sich ständig verändernden Landschaft entstehen.

We meet up at Freysnes gas station by our equipment truck. There we will fit you with the equipment needed to hike a glacier confidently and safely. From there we drive our trusted super-jeeps to the glacier's edge. Then we will begin our hike towards the ice fall on the picturesque Falljökull.
Going glacier hiking is a must do in Iceland. Being a local company we truly appreciate this area that we call our home and we love show people the stunning nature of Vatnajökull, the largest glacier in Europe.

The meeting point is Freysnes gas station. Look for our black truck to the right of the building. Restrooms are available before and after the tour. Free parking is on-site, and you can buy snacks or food at the gas station, which opens at 09:00 am.
