Überblick
Erleben Sie die Doppelspitzen von Matiatia und Church Bay auf Waiheke Island in einer kleinen Gruppe mit einem erfahrenen lokalen Führer.
Diese Wanderung besteht aus zwei Teilen mit einem Mittagessen dazwischen. Manchmal machen wir zuerst die Nordroute und manchmal die Südroute. Warum das? Nun, wir müssen oft die Gezeiten umgehen!
Nordroute (ca. 2 Stunden): Wir wandern um die Landspitze von Matiatia und an der Owhanake Bay vorbei und genießen einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Hauraki-Golfinseln, die Great Barrier Island und die Coromandel-Halbinsel. Sie werden Seevögel, einheimische Pflanzen

Experience the twin headlands of Matiatia and Church Bay on Waiheke Island, leaving from and returning to the ferry terminal. This guided walk is suitable for those who can walk five hours on hilly terrain.
We begin your trip back to nature by greeting you as soon as you step off the ferry. Straight away you’ll be drawn in by the gorgeous scenery and beautiful coastal environment.
Our guided walks are small and highly personal, so groups for this walk are limited to 12 people. Please book well in advance as this is one of our most popular walks and gets booked up!

Your tour begins on Waiheke Island. We do not do hotel pickups. If you are travelling from Auckland on the 9am ferry, your guide will be holding a sign and standing on your left as you leave the ferry at Waiheke Island.
