Este es un tour del vino para descubrir Monferrato: una de las zonas más evocadoras y menos turísticas del Piamonte, rica en historia y grandes vinos.
La primera parada será una pequeña bodega local, donde os presentaré al enólogo y productor, quien os guiará a través de su bodega, sus vinos y su filosofía de producción.
Después de la primera visita, almorzarás en un restaurante tradicional seleccionado por mí, donde podrás descubrir platos típicos piamonteses mientras disfrutas de la tranquilidad del ambiente local.
Tras un relajante almuerzo, partiremos de nuevo hacia otra bodega tradicional

Just outside the historic center of Moncalvo, I'll show you one of the region's most interesting small wine producers. Focusing on ancient local varietals, a natural method, and long aging, this winery is an absolute gem in the local wine scene. You'll taste these unique wines straight from the barrels with the winemaker and his partner.
