  3. Parada 3 · 2 h

You will be stepping into one of the most famous dinosaur destinations in the world—set right in the dramatic Canadian Badlands. Here’s what you will actually see and do during their visit:

Massive real dinosaur skeletons (one of the largest collections anywhere)
Life-sized fossil displays and ancient creatures from different eras
Interactive exhibits explaining how fossils form and how scientists study them
It’s not just looking—you will learn how prehistoric ecosystems worked and how Alberta became a fossil hotspot.

  4. Parada 4 · 10 min

The famous Little Church is one of Drumheller’s most charming and unusual stops—a tiny white chapel set against the rugged Badlands landscape

  5. Parada 5 · 20 min

The Rosedale Suspension Bridge is one of Drumheller’s most fun and slightly adventurous attractions—a historic pedestrian bridge stretching across the Red Deer River.

A long, narrow suspension bridge (about 117 meters / 384 feet)
Wooden planks underfoot with open gaps between them, letting you see the river below
Steel cables and railings that gently sway as people walk across
Scenic views of the river valley and surrounding Badlands terrain
The bridge connects the communities of Rosedale and Wayne and was originally built for coal miners.

  6. Parada 6 · 30 min

The Drumheller Hoodoos are one of the most iconic and otherworldly sights in Alberta’s Badlands—towering rock formations that look like something from another planet.

You will be greeted by clusters of tall, thin rock spires topped with flat stones (called “capstones”).
These formations can reach up to 5–7 meters (15–23 feet) tall
Their layered colors—brown, tan, and reddish tones—show millions of years of Earth’s history
The surrounding landscape is dry, rugged, and almost desert-like
They were formed by erosion, where wind and rain slowly wore away softer rock, leaving these dramatic pillars behind.

  7. Parada 7 · 30 min

The Last Chance Saloon is one of the most unique and memorable stops near Drumheller—a historic Wild West–style bar and restaurant located in the tiny hamlet of Wayne, just outside town. Please note that Last Chance Saloon will be closed every Tuesday from 28th July till 15th December.

A 100+ year-old saloon filled with antiques, taxidermy, and mining-era memorabilia
Rustic wooden interiors that feel like stepping back into the old coal mining days of Alberta
A lively, quirky atmosphere with vintage décor and stories everywhere
It’s part restaurant, part mini-museum, and part local hangout.

It feels like a real-life Wild West saloon
Located in a near “ghost town” setting, adding to the atmosphere
A perfect stop along scenic drives like the “11 Bridges to Wayne” route
