   A square that pays tribute to the Navy and the episodes that marked Cartagena’s role as a military city and port of reference in Spain.

   The modernist jewel of the City Hall, with its marble facade and slate domes, places us in Cartagena at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, when the city experienced a moment of economic splendor.
