Itinerario

1. Parada 1 · 30 min

   Visit to the Titou Gorge which is a short swim through a series of natural rooms and ponds formed by high cliff walls canopied by interlaced trees leading to a hidden waterfall!

2. Parada 2 · 1 h

   Drive up over 2787 ft above sea level and trek the trails that surrounds the marvelous Fresh Water Lake which lies at the center of an old volcano at the foot of Morne Macaque and is a source of the Roseau River. You have the option to view or trek the loop trail which is an hour walk (easy to moderate)

3. Parada 3 · 40 min

   10 minutes walk takes you to one of the most popular sites in Dominica, The Trafalgar Falls. It's a well maintained footpath from the visitor center to the view point for a panoramic view of the twin falls which plunge about 125 ft and 75ft. For the adventurous ones a 10 minutes rock climb, from the view point takes you to a natural hot and cold pool formed by the Falls.

4. Parada 4 · 1 h

   Enjoy the view of natural hot springs at boiling point! and mud pools that are believed to have medicinal qualities. They also offer a relaxing and reviving experience after a long day and there is no better natural medicine to soothe sore muscle or calm jittery nerves than by settling into the springs natural muddy water

5. Parada 5 · 25 min

   Morne Bruce overlooks the city of Roseau from above the Botanical Gardens, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city and the famous Morne Bruce cross also known as "The Shrine" made of cast concrete and erected in 1928 by the Roman Catholic Bishop James Morris which symbolized the protection of the town and harbour beyond.
