organiser des visites à Minneriya National
Parc depuis plus de 15 ans et possède un
grande compréhension du comportement et
routines des éléphants dans le national
parc. Il a suggéré que nous aurions un
meilleure expérience en faisant notre visite à
le matin où il y a moins de voitures
et des rencontres plus privées avec le
les éléphants, plutôt que d'opter pour le
visite de l'après-midi, ce qui aurait pu nous permettre
voir plus d'éléphants mais aussi beaucoup plus
voitures, gâchant clairement notre expérience. Nous

Hurulu Eco Park is part of the wider Hurulu Forest Reserve and Biosphere Reserve, located in Sri Lanka’s dry zone near Habarana. The area is an important wildlife habitat and forms part of the wider elephant movement corridor connecting the Habarana region with nearby wildlife areas such as Minneriya and Kaudulla.
The main attraction of a Hurulu safari is the opportunity to observe wild Sri Lankan elephants in their natural environment. you may see:

• Wild buffalo
• Grey langurs and other monkeys
• Wild boar
• Peacocks
• Eagles and other birds of prey
