  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Getting there: Public transport in Bordeaux can be unpredictable, so we recommend allowing extra travel time. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure — we offer a 5-minute grace period, but tours leave on schedule to respect everyone's time. Unfortunately, late arrivals, missed departures, and last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
  • E-bike & classic bike groups: If the minimum number of participants for a dedicated e-bike or classic bike group isn't reached, we may combine both into a single group. Don't worry — the route, the distance, the guides, and the fun stay exactly the same. It's not about the bike, it's about the experience. Minimum age 12. Travelling with younger children? Contact us before booking.
  • Weather: in case of heavy rain or dangerous conditions, the tour is cancelled. Light rain, showers or fog (common in spring and autumn) don't stop us: the tour goes ahead whenever conditions allow, so a light poncho is always a good idea.
