Aperçu
Après l'accueil sur la terrasse de la Cantina delle Ripalte, nous vous présenterons l'histoire du domaine et des vignobles, en marchant vers le vignoble de Poggio Turco, surplombant l'archipel toscan. Ici, vous recevrez quelques informations sur la vie du vignoble et, de ce point de vue, nous admirerons la cave dans son intégralité, œuvre du célèbre architecte Tobia Scarpa.
Après nous retournerons à la cave, pour une brève excursus sur le processus de vinification. Dans la deuxième partie de notre expérience, nous dégusterons trois de nos vins produits ici : Spumante Brut Rosato Aleatico, Rosa
