Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Nagarkot, famous for its breathtaking Himalayan views. After sunrise, enjoy a scenic downhill hike to the UNESCO-listed Changu Narayan Temple through forests, terraced fields & traditional villages. Choose the suspension bridge option for a 20-minute drive to the trailhead, followed by a 25-minute downhill walk to a beautiful suspension bridge. Cross the bridge, admire the valley views & continue hiking toward the temple.
Alternatively, choose the sunset hiking option, starting with a drive to Changu Narayan Temple. Explore the historic site before hiking uphill through scenic villages & countryside to Nagarkot. Enjoy stunning Himalayan sunset views, weather permitting, before returning to your hotel in Kathmandu Valley.
