1. Arrêt 1 · 3 h

   Your private driver picks you up from your hotel, airport or railway station in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad or Faridabad at your chosen time between 2:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Early starts beat the Taj Mahal crowds. Relax on the approx. 3-hour drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway.

2. Arrêt 2 · 3 h

   Meet your licensed guide and ride the electric shuttle to the gate of the Taj Mahal. Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1631 for his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal, this white-marble mausoleum took around 20,000 artisans and 22 years to complete. Your guide explains its perfect symmetry, gardens and pietra dura inlay work, and shows you the best photo spots, where a professional photographer captures up to 20 free photos of your group. Note: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

3. Arrêt 3 · 1 h

   Choose Agra Fort OR the Baby Taj (stop 5) for your second monument. This UNESCO-listed red-sandstone fortress was built by Emperor Akbar in the 1560s and later embellished by Jahangir and Shah Jahan. Your guide shows you its palaces, audience halls and the Musamman Burj, where Shah Jahan spent his final years imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb, gazing at the Taj Mahal across the river.

4. Arrêt 4 · 45 min

   Meal stop for the Lunch and Premium options. Premium guests enjoy a buffet lunch at the 5-star DoubleTree by Hilton Agra; Lunch-option guests dine at a quality restaurant in Agra (breakfast instead if you start very early). Indian, Mughlai and international dishes, with vegetarian and other dietary needs catered for on request. On other options, you can buy a meal here at your own cost.

5. Arrêt 5 · 1 h

   Or choose the Baby Taj (Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah) instead of Agra Fort. Often called the 'draft' of the Taj Mahal, it was the first Mughal tomb built entirely of white marble and the first to use pietra dura inlay on a large scale. Set in a peaceful riverside garden on the Yamuna, it is quieter than the big sites and perfect for photos.

6. Arrêt 6 · 3 h

   Relax on the approx. 3-hour drive back by private car, with drop-off at your hotel, the airport or a railway station anywhere in Delhi NCR. Catching a flight or train?
