Mais vous n'avez pas la possibilité de prendre quelques semaines de congé? Ou avez-vous des doutes sur votre capacité à marcher 20 à 30 km plusieurs jours de suite? Ce circuit vous offre la possibilité d’être un pèlerin pendant une demi-journée en marchant (c’est-à-dire 12 kilomètres) du 'Camino Primitivo'. En chemin, je partagerai avec vous des informations spécifiques sur l’histoire, la gastronomie et la nature des Asturies.

Itinéraire

Arrêt 1 · 15 min
We will start our tour at the Cathedral, where I will explain the relation of Oviedo and the Cathedral with the Camino de Santiago. Since I am not a licensed guide, I am not able to guide you inside the Cathedral.

Arrêt 2 · 45 min
You walk along the feet of Naranco, Oviedo's 'own' mountain, overlooking the city. Occasionally, you'll see vultures circling around. Right on top you can see the monument 'Sagrado Corazón de Jesús'.

Arrêt 3 · 4 h
We will hike the first 12k of the "Camino Primitivo", the most original route of the Camino de Santiago. We start in Oviedo. After walking around 4k through the city, we'll enter the Asturian countryside where we will enjoy the pastures, hills and forest. We'll end our hike in a restaurant with a beautiful view on the Asturian mountains after which we'll take a taxi back to Oviedo.

I will be waiting for you in front of the statue of King Alfonso II, on the left side of the Cathedral (when looking to the entrance of the Cathedral).
