The Damajagua Waterfalls, also known as the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua, are a series of natural waterfalls and pools located in the northern part of the Dominican Republic, near Puerto Plata. Visitors can hike through the jungle, jump, slide, and swim through these cascading falls, making it a popular spot for adventure tourism and eco-tourism. The name “Damajagua” refers to the river that feeds the waterfalls.

Enjoy a smooth ride over to Moneky Home and enjoy a ride with special drivers that can speak English. Keep an eye out for wildlife, such as squirrel monkeys, as you go. Then, stop and with the supervision of staff, put out a plate of fruit to get the monkeys to come to you. -
