Buyangzhuang is one of the earliest villages in China opening to the West since 1978 when China's reform and open-up policy implemented. Jinan is known as a city of springs, there are hundreds of natural springs scattered around the city center. Among them, The Baotu Spring is reputed as the First Spring under Heaven, the tour today includes a visit to the Baotu Spring park where you will see several active springs flowing day and night, the locals either come here to enjoy the traditional operas at a theater open to public or play chess or mahjong with friends. Located to the south of the city, the Daming Lake is the gathering place of all springs of Jinan. It covers an area of about 120 hectares integrating gardens, plantations and Chinese pavilions, truly an ideal place to relax and click photos.
