Itinéraire

1. Jour 1: Departure from San José and Arrival in Tortuguero

   We will leave San Jose at 6 a.m. crossing the majestic Braulio Carrillo National Park, a sanctuary of mountains covered with cloud forest and towering waterfalls. As we move forward, our guide will share fascinating details about the region’s biodiversity and history.
   
   We will pause for a delicious breakfast in a panoramic restaurant before continuing the journey to the pier.
   
   We will board a comfortable boat and thus begin the adventure in this natural paradise. We will navigate serene rivers, mystical canals and crystal clear lagoons, surrounded by lush biodiversity.
   
   Enjoy an unforgettable experience in a unique environment, where the majesty of flora and fauna is displayed in every corner, with exotic birds, playful monkeys and alligators emerging among the vegetation.

2. Jour 1: Departure from San José and Arrival in Tortuguero · 2 h

   Upon arrival at the lodge, you will be greeted with a refreshing welcome cocktail and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, with a variety of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from the region. Then you will have time to settle into your comfortable room, immersed in the tranquility of the forest. While relaxing, you can marvel at the abundant wildlife surrounding the lodge, where it is common to spot monkeys, iguanas, exotic birds and other fascinating animals in its natural habitat.

3. Jour 1: Departure from San José and Arrival in Tortuguero · 2 h

   After a well-deserved rest, we will head to the charming village of Tortuguero, a Caribbean corner full of culture and traditions. This small town, accessible only by water or air, is the heart of sea turtle conservation and the reflection of authentic Costa Rican life. We will walk through its colorful streets, where we can know the warmth of its people and discover local crafts.
   
   Then, we will visit the Turtle Museum, a space dedicated to the protection of these majestic creatures. Here we will learn about its life cycle, conservation efforts and the importance of Tortuguero as one of the most important nesting sites in the world.

4. Jour 2: Tortuguero National Park Tour · 2 h

   Immerse yourself in the magic of the forest with a guided walk along the exclusive private trails of the lodge. This tour, suitable for all ages, will take you through lush jungle landscapes, where you can discover the incredible biodiversity of Tortuguero. As you make your way along nature-surrounded trails, you will have the opportunity to observe playful monkeys, colorful tropical birds and a variety of species that inhabit this unique ecosystem. A fascinating experience to connect with wildlife in its purest form.

5. Jour 2: Tortuguero National Park Tour · 3 h

   Explore the beauty of Tortuguero National Park with a fascinating boat tour of its iconic canals.
   
   Accompanied by an expert guide, you will discover the breathtaking biodiversity of one of the most important wetlands in the world.
   
   As you navigate through lush vegetation, you can spot monkeys, alligators, exotic birds and many other species that inhabit this unique ecosystem.
   
   The tour includes a specialized guide, boat and an enriching experience with detailed information about the flora and fauna of the park. Admission to the National Park must be purchased at the hotel reception (not including 16.6US).

6. Jour 3: Departure to San Jose · 5 h

   Wake up to the magic of Tortuguero and enjoy a spectacular sunrise in the lodge facilities, surrounded by the tranquility of the forest and the song of birds. You can take one last stroll along the private trails, breathe in the fresh air and take advantage of the hotel amenities before heading back. Then, we board the boat for a lovely tour back, sailing once again through the fascinating canals of the National Park, where you can still see wildlife. On the way, we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing the return journey.
