Nous vous raconterons notre identité au travers d'une visite guidée, déambulant dans les vignes, évoquant la fermentation dans la salle de l'acier et terminant la visite dans notre salle à barriques. Le tout accompagné d'une dégustation de 4 vins accompagnés de charcuteries et fromages locaux.

Itinéraire

It starts with a walk through our vineyards, telling you about the 11 grape varieties that we grow with organic and sustainable practices. The visit continues to the cellar, where we will then visit the cellar gravity flow method. Finally, we will find out where we aged our wines in the barrel room.
At the end of the tour, we will have a guided tasting of 4 of our wines (indicatively 2 DOC wines, 1 IGT white wine, 1 IGT red wine) paired with a fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese, local Soppressa salami and Coppa.
