The Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing, China. It is about 70 kilometers away from downtown Beijing and takes about 1.5 hours.
In the morning, we arrived at the most beautiful section of the Great Wall - the Mutianyu Great Wall. Compared with the Badaling Great Wall, there are relatively fewer tourists here, allowing you to fully enjoy the grandeur and tranquility of the Great Wall. Wandering among the ancient bricks and stones, touching the traces of time, listening to the tour guide tell the historical stories of the Great Wall, one can feel the wisdom and tenacity of the ancients. You can choose to take the cable car up and down, or the ropeway up and the slide down. Both methods can easily reach the heights and offer a panoramic view of the magnificent scenery of the Great Wall. -

After lunch, drive to the Summer Palace. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to drive there.
The Summer Palace is one of the largest and best-preserved imperial gardens in China. Follow the tour guide and stroll along the world's longest gallery - the Long Corridor. More than 14,000 exquisite murals come into view, each one a crystallization of historical stories and art. Climbing up the Buddha Incense Pavilion, one can overlook the rippling waters of Kunming Lake, the shuttling boats, and the Seventeen-arch Bridge spanning the lake, creating a charming contrast with the green trees and red flowers along the shore.
You can also choose to take a cruise ship and float on Kunming Lake, immersing yourself in the leisurely charm of the royal garden.
