• To use and validate your ticket, you must download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' app to your mobile device, available on Google Play and the App Store. Once downloaded, enter your reservation number to obtain the corresponding QR codes (one per person). These QR codes serve as your access tickets and must be presented when boarding the bus.
• We recommend downloading the app in advance and connecting to a Wi-Fi network to pre-download the audio guide and map. This way, you can use its main features during your tour of the city, even without an internet connection.
• From the app, you can also check the real-time location of the buses, access information on all stops, and listen to the audio guide, available directly in the app. Remember to bring your own headphones, as the audio guide will play from your mobile device through the app.
