Panoramica
Spirit of Korkyra è una piccola azienda a conduzione familiare - non un franchising. Boris e Ivka l'hanno costruita da zero, e Ivka è cresciuta proprio qui a Lumbarda.
Cronometrizziamo questo tour per terminare l'ora d'oro sull'acqua - pagaiando oltre le vecchie cave di pietra di Vrnik e il monastero di Badija e i cervi vagabondi, prima di finire a Gubavac mentre la luce si accende per il tramonto. È lo stesso percorso del nostro tour mattutino, ma la luce e il ritmo lo rendono un'esperienza completamente diversa.

Itinerario

We pick you up from your hotel 15-20 minutes before departure and drive to Tatinja Bay, our starting point. There, you'll get your equipment: a life jacket, dry bag, and a sit-in single or double kayak. We'll give a safety briefing and, if you're new to kayaking, a short paddling lesson before we set off.
From there, we take you through history while staying active in nature and at sea as the evening light begins to change. We paddle out to three small islands facing Lumbarda and Korčula: Vrnik, Badija, and Gubavac.
On Vrnik, we explore old limestone quarries - worked for centuries and still part of local tradition - and walk through the village to hear its stories.
On Badija, we walk around a 15th-century Franciscan monastery with a turbulent past that still holds its beauty, and meet the deer that roam freely.
On Gubavac, we slow down for the best part of the evening: watching the sun drop into the sea while swimming, relaxing, and tasting homemade Klašun pastries and Grk wine. This island isn't reached by taxi boats or big tour groups, so it stays quiet — perfect for ending the day.
In total, you'll paddle around 2 hours, with the rest spent on land, swimming, and relaxing.
