Panoramica
Fondato nel 1940 dalla Germania nazista, nelle caserme abbandonate dell'esercito polacco, Auschwitz era il più grande campo di concentramento e di sterminio. Dei 1,3 milioni di persone che le SS e la polizia hanno deportato, c'erano oltre 1,1 milioni di uomini, donne e bambini che hanno perso la vita in questo luogo terrificante.
Il Memorial è composto da due parti del campo precedente: Auschwitz e Birkenau.
Questo famigerato campo di concentramento operò dal maggio 1940 nella periferia di Oswiecim (Auschwitz in tedesco) fino al gennaio 1945, quando fu liberato dal 1 ° Fronte ucraino dell'Arma

The driver will pick you up from the place of your choice. After approximately 1 hour you will arrive in Oswiecim. After a short break you’ll begin the first part of your visit. It will last about 2 hours. Then, after a few minutes of free time, you’ll be taken by your driver to visit the second part of the museum - Birkenau. In Birkenau the tour usually lasts about 1 hour. The driver will then take you back to Krakow.

We pick up from any hotel, apartment or accommodation in Krakow. The exact pick up time will be given one day before the tour. Pick up time depends on the entry time in the Auschwitz Museum. Pick up might be between 7 am - 1 pm.
