1. Giorno 1: Washington D.C--Niagara Falls

   We set off from Washington, D.C. in the morning and head north toward Niagara Falls, trading the city for rolling countryside as the drive sets the tone for the day ahead.
   Washington D.C. → Harrisburg → Buffalo → Niagara Falls (New York) → Niagara Falls Classic Tour (150 min) [Whirlpool Park → Cave of the Winds → Maid of the Mist] → Niagara Falls Night View Tour (90 min)

2. Giorno 1: Washington D.C--Niagara Falls

   Along the way we pass through Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, set on the banks of the Susquehanna River. It's a scenic waypoint on the route north, where the riverside and the domed state capitol mark the halfway rhythm of the drive.

3. Giorno 1: Washington D.C--Niagara Falls

   Continuing on, we pass through Buffalo, the second-largest city in New York State and the gateway to the Niagara region. Perched on the eastern shore of Lake Erie, it's the last major city before the falls come into view.

   By the time we arrive, you're standing at one of the world's three great transnational waterfalls, whose name comes from an Indigenous word meaning "thunder of waters." The falls span the U.S.–Canada border, with Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and the slender Bridal Veil Falls each putting on their own show

5. Giorno 1: Washington D.C--Niagara Falls · 2 h 30 min

   Niagara Falls Classic Tour (150 min) [Whirlpool Park → Cave of the Winds → Maid of the Mist]: If you'd like, add the Classic Tour. At Whirlpool Park you look down on a massive natural whirlpool, formed where the river makes a sharp turn and the rapids churn back on themselves. At the Cave of the Winds, an elevator drops you into the gorge and onto wooden walkways just feet from Bridal Veil Falls, close enough to feel the spray. Then comes the Maid of the Mist, the storied boat that carries you right into the misty basin below Horseshoe Falls for the closest view of all.
   Note: the Maid of the Mist typically closes in winter and isn't visited during that period.

6. Giorno 1: Washington D.C--Niagara Falls · 1 h 30 min

   Niagara Falls Night View Tour (90 min): After dark we head deep into the park for the night tour, "one park, two islands, three falls." From Ram Island and Moon Island you get intimate, multi-angle views of the cascades, while Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls glow under shifting colored lights. When a fireworks show is scheduled that evening, we make sure you're there to see it.

7. Giorno 2: The Corning Museum of Glass--Washington D.C · 1 h 30 min

   The Corning Museum of Glass (90 min): On the way back you can stop at the world-famous Corning Museum of Glass, the heart of the American glass industry. Some 100,000 pieces fill the galleries, from delicate artworks to crystal-clear sculptures, with live glassmaking demonstrations showing the craft up close.

8. Giorno 2: The Corning Museum of Glass--Washington D.C

   From there it's a comfortable drive back to Washington, D.C., wrapping up the trip with the sights and sounds of Niagara still fresh in mind.

• For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
• Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.
• For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a valid and reachable phone number is required for participants.
• Please note: If you select the "Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only" option, it means you are booking only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. This option does not include the 2-day tour itinerary, hotel accommodation, round-trip transportation from Washington D.C., or any driver/guide services.
• You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 6:30am at Washington D.C. (Shakespeare Theatre)--610 F Street NW, Washington D.C.
• For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
• Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
