KAYAKS: Tandem unless weight issue or odd number (425 lbs tandem, 350 lbs solo). Text us 24 hrs ahead if weight is an issue.
CHILDREN: Ages 3 and up. Every child needs a booking. Text us before booking if you have more than one child under 5.
ARRIVAL: Arrive 15 mins early (7:45 for 8:00) for the mandatory safety speech. Late = no-show, NO refund.
LOCATION: 1460 Siesta Dr, bridge base parking lot. Do not go to Nora Patterson Park. Wind, weather or traffic may move the launch site or time. We text and email the new address and directions about 90 mins before your tour.
RAIN OR SHINE: We only cancel for unsafe conditions (lightning, high wind).
MINIMUM: 4 guests required to run. If not met, we offer another date, another location or a full refund.
RESCHEDULING: Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable. The 24-hr cancellation policy no longer applies.
We communicate only by text to your booking number and the Viator email. Refunds for Funfltours cancellations are handled by Viator.
