This immersive experience begins with a lively introduction to unconventional, “mad scientist” mixology—featuring original techniques, unexpected ingredients, and inventive ways to approach drink-making that go far beyond traditional methods.
Then, the lab becomes yours.
Suit up in your lab coat and explore a fully stocked drink lab featuring hundreds of ingredients, spirits, bitters, infusions, and specialty tools—many of which you won’t find in a typical bar or at home. With no recipes to follow, you’ll experiment freely—crafting, tasting, and refining multiple creations as your ideas evolve.
This is not a step-by-step class—it’s a creative playground designed for exploration, connection, and discovery.
By the end, you won’t just have made drinks—you’ll have created something entirely your own.
