A Lift Pass is not recommended for a ski or snowboard first timer for safety reasons. -

- Ski suits are excluded in all options. Please bring your own or rent them at rental shops.
- Ski(+MovingWalk or +Lift) includes an hour of basic ski lesson.
- Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. Please note that no refunds are available for latecomers or no-shows.
- At the end of your tour, your tour group will not go back to Hongik Univ. Station. You can take the subway line 2 at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, one of the drop-off points, if you want to go back to Hongik Univ. Station.
- Please discuss the size & number of your luggage with us in advance, if you are going to bring yours.
- Snowboard(+MovingWalk or +Lift) excludes an hour of basic snowboard lesson.
- A Lift Pass is not recommended for a ski or snowboard first timer for safety reasons.
- The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
- Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.
