On the trabucco of San Lorenzo you will be able to watch and participate in fishing as it was in the past (without engines, eco-sounders, computers, etc.) by helping the "Mastri Trabuccolanti" (keepers of the ancient art of building and fishing a trebuchet) to operate the winches, to pull the nets and to collect the fish.
In short, you will be able to attend and be the protagonist of a unique show in the world: that of traditional fishing on a Trabucco Storico Garganico.
