Agree to behave in accordance with the principles of legality and civil conduct during the excursion, and to refrain from any actions that are unlawful or inappropriate and that may endanger their own safety or that of others. Release MareTerra Group SNC from any direct or indirect liability for material or non‑material damages, theft and/or damage to personal belongings, and any expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of participating in the excursion, including those caused by their own or others’ behavior. Acknowledge that by proceeding with the booking, they accept the terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from participation in the excursion.
