Treat yourself to a unique experience of Grands Vins de Bordeaux paired with some exceptional French delicacies, all emblematic products of French excellence!
During this workshop, you will taste 5 fine Bordeaux wines, including 3 Grands Crus Classés, paired with:
• caviar,
• sturgeon and caviar rillette toasts,
• artisanal semi-cooked foie gras,
• artisanal cured duck breast,
• farmhouse cheese,
• “Bean to Bar” dark chocolate crafted in Bordeaux.
With each pairing comes the opportunity to learn about the products you’re tasting, their history and why they’re a match made in heaven. We have carefully selected fine Bordeaux wines and French delicacies made by local producers that make for interesting gourmet pairings.
