パラダイス洞窟と暗い洞窟は、どちらも石灰岩の山々でいっぱいのフォンニャ-ケバン国立公園に位置しています。 パラダイス洞窟の最初の5kmは、2005年に英国洞窟研究会の探検家によって発見された。 2010年まで、探検家たちは、全長31,4kmの洞窟全体を完全に発見したと公式に発表していた。 洞窟の最も広い部分は150メートル前後、最も高い所は100メートル前後であり、洞窟はアジア最長かつ最大の乾式洞窟となっている。
