概要
カメルーン山は火山で、カメルーンと西アフリカの境界線上で最も高い地点にあり、推定によると海抜約 4,095 メートルです。
できるだけ多くの人がハイキングに参加できるように、3 日間のルートを編成し、2 泊は最近修復された非常に快適な山岳避難所で過ごします。 安全の面では、カメルーン山公園はBIRと森林警備隊の合同部隊によって監督されています。

1日目: Arrival in Buea and climb to the 1st refuge · 7時間
Departure from Douala, arrival in Buea for the start of the hike.
The first day consists of 1800m of positive elevation gain to climb through the forest and then into shaved grass -
2日目: Climb to the top and descend to the 2nd refuge · 12時間
Departure very early to reach the summit after 1200m of positive elevation gain.
Downhill to the 2nd refuge with 1200m of negative elevation gain -
3日目: Descent to Buea and back to Douala · 7時間
Descent to the city of Buea with 1800m of negative elevation, and return to Douala
