概要
TOSSASUBインストラクター養成センター
海でのスキューバダイビングの洗礼
1日のアクティビティ、約3時間。 インストラクターが、機器の動作、呼吸方法、水中での移動方法、通信信号の使用方法などについて説明します。
ダイビングに必要な装備を受け取った後、初心者向けダイビング体験のためにビーチへ連れて行かれます。インストラクターの監督の下、最大深度 12 メートルで 40 ～ 45 分のダイビングを行います。 忘れられない体験を楽しんだ後は、センターに戻り、シャワーを浴びて着替えることができます。
要件：
心臓、呼吸器、耳に問題がなく、妊娠していないこと。
少なくとも12時間は飛行しないでください。
最低年齢は 8 歳ですが、必ず親または保護者の許可が必要です。お子様連れの場合はお知らせください。（8歳、9歳のお子様、最大水深6メートル）。

Experience your first dive experience in Tossa de Mar
Discover the underwater world with a diving christening designed for beginners. Learn how to use the equipment, breathe underwater and explore the sea up to 6–8 meters deep in a dive of approximately 45 minutes.
You will carry out the activity with 1 instructor per person, complying with the regulations in force in Spain (Royal Decree 550/2020).
This ensures a completely safe, controlled and paced experience.
