概要

  • It is forbidden to access with backpacks or bags larger than 40×40 cm. A free storage service is available to visitors presenting the official entrance of the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Wine Gate. However, due to unit limitations these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
  • Important information: It is mandatory to present the original ID, passport or identity card indicated on the reservation. In case of non-presentation, access to the monument may be denied and no refund will be made.
  • If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel up to the day before the tour, offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to a bilingual tour (Spanish/English)
  • Late arrivals: The visit will start punctually at the scheduled time. If you arrive after the tour has started, the guide will leave your tickets at Café-Bar Polinario so you can take the tour on your own. Once the tour has started, the guide will not be able to answer calls or messages.
