Our journey begins at the heart of Saigon—the iconic Ben Thanh Market. Guided by our Chef, you will immerse yourself in the bustling local atmosphere, learn about exotic ingredients, and witness the authentic daily pulse of Vietnam.
Upon returning to our cooking class, apron on and refresh yourself with a complimentary Welcome Drink before we dive into the culinary session.
At every step of the cooking process, Chef focus on mastering fundamental techniques, ensuring you can confidently recreate these traditional flavors back in your own kitchen.
Then, it’s time to FEAST! Enjoy the fruits of your labor in a convivial ambiance, sharing stories and laughter with new friends made during the session.
