概要
経験豊富なスタッフが、受賞歴のある8種類の受賞歴のあるワインを試飲します。これらはすべてブドウ園で栽培され、ワイナリーで作られます。地元のチーズ、自家製のテリーヌ、ブティックサラミ、季節のエステートを楽しみながら、美しいブドウ園を見下ろすデッキで地元のパン屋さんと一緒に調味料を作りました。
また、エステート栽培のオリーブ製品と地元のオリーブオイル、そして季節のジャム、ソース、レリッシュのテイスティングも行っています。

Seated on our deck, overlooking our beautiful vineyard, you are guided by one of our experienced staff through a tasting of 8 of our awarded winning wines, all grown on our vineyard and made in our winery. While enjoying local cheeses, homemade terrine, boutique salami and seasonal estate made condiments with sourdough.
