For the Santurce/Ocean Park Area, we offer pick-up at Kasalta Bakery on McCleary Street. The minimum age is 4 years and children must be in car seats by law. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our guide will refuse to board without a seat. Guests will be dropped off at the same place they were picked up. Call our contact number for pickup times.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Pickup is not provided outside San Juan. Important to verify your assigned pick up with Castillo Tours
- Minimum number of travelers required. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. The maximum number of travelers on the tour depends on the size of the bus.
