1日目: practise in the pool · 4時間
we will practise breathing techniques on land, then continue the training in the pool

2日目: freedive training from the boat · 8時間
we join the boattrip for a full day freedive training. We have 2 stops to train on the coral reefs. Between the training we relax and have a nice lunch buffet on the boat.
