You will visit the local lively market and together with a local guide you will buy some of the ingredients necessary to cook later with a professional mamma chef in a restaurant.
With your professional chef, you will practice the traditional method of making authentic fresh pasta by hand, you'll prepare a delicious sauce to dress pasta and, after that, an Italian typical second course as well as a dessert from scratch, using all the fresh ingredients! Then it will be the time to enjoy and taste the food you have prepared accompanied by good local wine. You will end your lunch tasting limoncello liqueur and expresso coffee!
